The kickboxing and self-defense portion of training is taught with two premises in mind. Sport and self-defense. Both methodologies focus on movement, all manner of striking, throwing, and grappling. We also emphasis getting to your feet and mobile as quickly as possible for both methodologies. The major difference between the two is our sporting techniques follow mma rules where as self-defense methods can use any means necessary for survival. The self-defense methods also have a larger variety of strikes and weapons at the defenders disposal.
